• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday

What We’re Looking For:​

• Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required.

• Experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train candidates with the right attitude and work ethic.

• Must enjoy working outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Willingness to submit to a background check is required.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform tasks that involve frequent bending, kneeling, and physical activity.

What the Role Entails:

• Assisting in the preparation and application of epoxy and polyurea floor coatings.

• Operating tools and equipment required for installations.

• Ensuring job sites are clean, organized, and safe.

• Working outdoors on residential and commercial projects.

• Collaborating with the team to deliver projects that exceed client expectations.
